Worry-Free; Bound for Victory

Good morning my brothers & sisters,

If you’re worrying about anything, remember Philippians 4:4-9.

God is performing a special work in us through all of our trials (Philippians 1:6; 2:13; James 1:2-12). Therefore, my brothers and sisters, let’s be “convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:38-39). There’s nothing but VICTORY ahead for God’s children –

“but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren (and “sisteren”) be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord” (1 Corinthians 15:57-58). A challenging question from our Lord is, “when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on the earth?” (Luke 18:8b). I.e., will He find us trusting Him during our trials and persecution? One more: Are today’s issues captivating our focus so much that we’re not mindful of John 3:16 and Romans 5:8, both of which applies to all humans, including the ones we don’t like, or in some cases feel hatred toward? Think about it. Blessings!
