We Are Liberated by Truth, Not Lies

Updated: May 17

Greetings everyone, I trust all is well with you and your families. If not, be optimistic. "Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning" (Psalm 30:5). Glory!🙌🏾

Check out the YouTube video below. As I watched it, I thought this: The truth about the past plight of blacks in America is deplorable, but the truth about the inevitable progress of our people, even without government assistance, is liberating. That's why Jason Riley wrote a book entitled, "Please Stop Helping Us." Many successful black folks, past and present, didn't depend on the government but on their God-given talent to accomplish their goals. Bigoted white folk couldn't stop them. Ironically, some elitist blacks benefited and are benefiting from suppressing other blacks. As long as the elitist blacks suppress unsuspecting blacks with their propaganda about victimization, they will remain in "high places."

This is the point Jason Riley and Thomas Sowell make, but it's hard to get many black people

to see that reality and thus are mentally, emotionally, and spiritually in bondage to falsehoods. Jesus said, "If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." (John 8:31b-32).

It's better to be a disciple of Jesus than of a race hustler, regardless of his or her ethnicity. Here's the video:

Blessings!
