Manifesting God’s Power

I'm looking forward to 2022's challenges and opportunities, trusting God one day at a time. I'm not expecting our country or world to get any better, but I do believe God's power will be manifested more through saints who firmly stand on His word. A historical parallel can be seen in ancient Israel's Old Testament prophets from Samuel to the Major Prophets (Isa. - Dan.), the Minor Prophets (Hos. - Mal.), and finally John the Baptist. Starting with the Day of Pentecost, God used the apostles in the first century, theologians and apologists in the 2nd through 4th centuries, and reformers in the medieval period (c. AD 500-1600's). God sent revivals to England (1700) and North America (1700-1800's). He raised up public gospel preachers (1850-1900's) called "evangelists," the one most well known was Billy Graham (1918-2018). God still wants to manifest His power through His saints in this postChristian high-tech age. His age-old question is,

"Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?" Then, like Isaiah, we must say, "Here am I; send me" (Isaiah 6:8). Let's firmly stand on God's word so that He can manifest His power through us as long as He leaves us on the earth. 🙏🏾

Blessings!
