Beyond evangelism, I believe Scripture teaches that glorifying God is ultimately the greatest work of the church (Matt. 5:16; Luke 17:18; John 11:4, 40; Acts 11:17-18; 1 Cor. 10:32; Eph. 1:14; Col. 3:17;
2 Cor. 4:6-7). If there's no glory only for God, there is no work of God, including that of salvation. He will not share His glory (Isa. 42:8). Understandably, you'll have to "chew" a little on that thought before swallowing it 😊. I hope you find it delicious 😋.
