A response to my baby daughter who indicated possible doubt about forgiving past white bigotry:
We can't change the past, but we as believers can make the present time better for all ethnicities. Messianic (Christian) Jews have forgiven Nazis and Palestinians and vice versa. Christian Japanese have forgiven cruel Chinese and vice versa. Christian South Koreans have forgiven cruel North Koreans although I have no evidence of reciprocation from the north. The news media will never report this. Only Christian oriented news outlets will. Bigotry is still present and manifested in all ethnicities, more in some than in others. It exists because of sin from which Christians have been cleansed and for which we have been forgiven. It helps to stay focus on what the good Lord has done for us in order to keep in mind what all bigots of all ethnicities need - salvation. Pull up "Your Grace and Mercy" on YouTube and, using your imagination, think of a saved bigot (of any ethnicity) singing that song. Mind boggling! Also, watch the "The Best of Enemies" on Netflix or YouTube. It's a true example of what God's grace can do. When you get a chance, just listen and meditate on the words of the following three songs (my testimonies):
