Deception in The Last Days

A brother texted about a “bluebeam,” saying it’s a new technology used by scientists to create virtual reality (signs of deception) around the globe.

I’ve never heard of it. My response was the following:

This brings to mind the “signs and wonders” of the “false Christs and false prophets” whose aim is to deceive all people on earth (Matt. 24:24; Mark 13:22). Their deception is so convincing (see 2 Cor. 11:13-15) that unbelievers, in particular, will accept the antichrist (“lawless one”) who will further deceive them with his satanic “power, signs, and lying wonders…with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.” Since unbelievers insist on believing a lie, “for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness” (2 Thessalonians 2:9-12). The antichrist (“beast”) will be empowered by Satan, “the dragon” (Rev. 13:2), and strongly supported by the false prophet (Rev. 13:11-14). All three (an evil trinity) are mentioned in Rev. 16:13.

So, bluebeam, if it’s real, is just another tool of Satan to deceive the world. The solution for believers is knowing the truth (John 8:31-32).

Blessings!
