COVID! What Should I Do?

My middle daughter texted the following:

“Tested positive, unfortunately.”

My reply:

“Keep resting my heartbeat. When I had it, I rested and took my supplements (B12, Ester C, Zink, Vitamin D, and Omega 3).

I drank a glass of Gatorade per day, six 8oz. glasses of water per day, and ate lots of soups, vegetables 🍅, 🌽, 🥬 and fruits 🍎, 🍌, 🍇. Pat had me circling the living room 5 times - 3 times per day - hard but worth doing. The last symptom (fatigue) ceased one month after my recovery. Besides prayer, perhaps those things mentioned above will help you. One thing is for sure, your antibodies are built up, and they will protect you more than the vaccine like mine are doing. By the way, the test is not 100% reliable, and many COVID patients are told not to take the test after the 1st or 2nd time. I was allowed to return to substituting 5 days after testing positive. So, don't be fearful, be thankful that you're in God's hands, consider doing what your daddy did, and be reasonably cautious but optimistic. God ‘has your back’🙏🏾❤️”

Blessings!
